Geothermal HVAC Systems

This is not your grandfathers HVAC system. Geothermal harnesses the earth’s energy to both heat and cool your home. In the summer the earth acts like a massive heat sink and accepts all the excess heat in your home, keeping you nice and cool.

In the winter-time it’s all reversed. Your geothermal heat pump takes heat from the earth to heat your home. If Mother Nature was to choose how you were to heat and cool your home, a geothermal heat pump would be the choice.

We generally find at least a couple of the following 3 criteria makes for a good candidate for a geothermal heat pump: 1) The willingness to make an investment in your home. (Let’s face it, geothermal is generally more expensive than a garden-variety HVAC system), 2) You’re concerned about the environment and want to be a “good steward”, and, 3) You intend to be in your home a few more years.

If at least 2 of these criteria fits you, you might just want to investigate whether a geothermal heat pump makes sense for your family.

The good news is that estimates are free, and we’ll gladly answer as many questions you may have.

In addition, at any given time the Federal Government or your local utility are running very attractive rebate programs, making geothermal the wise choice for many families.

We not only service what we install, we provide ongoing maintenance through our United Savings Agreement.
