I called them after seeing they had good Yelp reviews. I can see why. My 84 year old mother's heat wasn't working. The stat was turned off! He turned it on, checked out the system and asked her for $20 for gas, and gave her a hug. You just don't see old time service like that anymore! -Lamont C

I recently bought a new smart thermostat and the instructions said with my setup, I needed a pro installer to help me. I called several and decided to try United; they were able to walk me through the setup within an hour! They were kind, courteous and very professional! They literally saved me hundreds of dollars! I would recommend them to all looking for a quality, timely, courteous and price effective solution to their heating and plumbing problems! You guys are great! -John F

Called at 7:15am and owner Matt answered. He said he could send Scott out today and was able to work with my schedule. In 15 minutes the issue was repaired and everything cleaned up. Great service, I will keep this company on speed dial!
